Easiest Pulled Pork Ever!

Do you ever have a craving for pulled pork? Well I do and I recently came across the easiest recipe of all times! All you need is 5 ingredients

1. Pork roast of your choice (I used shoulder)

2. 1 can of rootbeer (I used diet, try to cut down on the sugar where I can)

3. 1 white onion, sliced

4. Seasoning salt or rub for the roast (I made my own just to cut down on the salt)

5. 1 bottle of BBQ sauce, I used sweet Baby Rays

Place roast, onion and one can of rootbeer in the slow cooker on low for approx 6-8 hours depending on the size of your roast. Once it’s done, drain out soda, pull and add BBQ sauce. I served mine with a can of baked beans and some slaw. 👌🏼
