Looking to a healthy breakfast alternative? I’ve got the perfect receipe that can be make sweet or savory, it’s gluten free and works as a quick breakfast or mid day snack.
3-4 sweet potatoes sliced lengthwise into roughly 1/4 thickness place in a regular toaster or toaster oven, toast twice on the highest setting and top your sweet potatoe with your desired toppings. My suggestion would be half of an avocado, fried egg and salt and pepper to taste. Or if you want something that more sweet why not use 1 tbsp of natural almond/peanut butter, 1/4 of a banana sliced and drizzled honey to taste.
