Cauliflower Pizza Crust 

Today I tried a new receipe and boy was it a success!!! 


  • Cauliflower rice (the equivalent to a head of cauliflower)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 1/3 cup almond flour 
  • Salt, garlic powder and oregano to taste 


Pre head oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside. Mix together water and chia seeds and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Cook the cauliflower until soft. 
Stir almond flour, and spices together and set aside 

Allow cauliflower to cool a bit and place in a cheese cloth or clean dish towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. 

Place squeezed out cauliflower with a bowl with the chia mixture, mash and mix well. Then add the flour and spices. Form mixture into a ball and spread out to desired thickness on your baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are browned. Remove and add toppings of your choice. Bake for another 8-10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
